So I finally landed a job and now I’m a new San Diegan.
Now it’s only been a week and I’ve been so busy. But I think I have a temporary space to live now and as soon as I can get a stable weekend down, I’m gonna have to do some heavy exploring.
The new job looks pretty promising, and I can’t complain since getting a job in the higher ed industry at this time is rare. I’m in the middle of training, I’ve been trying to secure a place to stay (besides crashing on a friend’s couch and storing my stuff in another friend’s apartment), and I’m still trying to get used to the different surrounding neighborhoods. There isn’t enough hours in the day!

I’m excited for the new start,
I’m looking forward to meeting new friends and establishing a new network,
and I’m ready to see what San Diego is all about.
